	Questions To Ask A Potential Realtor Here are some questions to ask as you are choosing a Realtor: Are you full-time or part-time? Is your agency a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)? What other types of training have you taken recently to help build your real estate skills? What is your plan for marketing my home? What methods (other than open houses) will you use to sell my home? What is the average time in the area it takes to close on a home? Do you tend to sell the houses you have listed within 95% of the asking price? Do you cooperate with buyers' brokers? What share of the commission will you offer a cooperating broker who finds the buyer? Remember, these questions are only a start.
