Dave has been a resident of Jefferson County most of his
life. He graduated from Wintersville High School and
attended Belmont Technical College and Ohio University.
He has been involved in real estate with buying, selling and
financing for the past 25 years and has a mortgage lending
license and a strong financial background for first time
homebuyers.
Dave's business background is quite diversified, as he
was the owner of Fort Pitt Transportation, Inc. for 15
years, and was the Maintenance Supervisor for Weirton Steel
Corp WSX Rolling Mills Tin Mill, which he took an early
retirement in 2003. He has been in the Building and
Trades Industry for 15 years.
Dave is the Branch Manager of Pissocra Mathias' new
branch located at 155 South Main, Cadiz. Harrison
County is the link between Belmont, Jefferson and Tuscarawas
Counties. Dave's goal is to take the knowledge and
expertise of Tuscarawas County's leading real estate
company, Pissocra Mathias, and spread it throughout
Harrison, Belmont, and Jefferson Counties.
Personal Philosophy:
I know one of the keys to a successful partnership
between Realtor and Buyer is to listen to what the Buyer
wants in a home. Once those needs, wants and dreams
have been expressed; I will use my wide knowledge of local
real estate market to make a perfect match.
