Nell has been a realtor for the past 17 years. She has
always been a full time realtor and feels this is the best
way to serve the public. She holds the MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR
DESIGNATION for 1995 through 2004 having sold over 2.5
million dollars and more every year in real estate.
Nell has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Ohio State
University and has taken extended post graduate courses from
Kent State University. She also holds the GRI (Graduate
Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residentail
Specialist) designations, both of which give her additional
training and expertise in the real estate industry.
Nell is involved in the community as an active member and
past officer of our Local Board of Realtor and she
participates in various philanthropical organizations.
