Making Arrangements
Now that you've made an offer and it has been accepted you need
to make financing arrangements with the institution of your
choice.
The better prepared you are, the quicker you will be able to
receive approval and close on your new home! You will need to
present details on your earnings, assets and debt to the lending
institution.
It is a good idea to gather this material early in the
process so you will have it when needed.
