Show Your Home

 

The most important part of marketing your home is having a positive showing! First impressions are lasting. Be sure the front door has a good appearance even if this requires a fresh coat of paint. We like to suggest that before showings, sellers may want to turn the lights on or open the drapes. A well lit home in very appealing.

You may want to light some candles with a pleasant aroma or if you have a bread machine, bake some bread. It will be a great addition to your next meal.

Be sure the closets are neat and tidy, and quickly pick up the basement, even if you place it orderly in the corner. A bright cheery home is more inviting and therefore makes your home more marketable.
 

After A Showing

After showings, we will call you and give you feedback. Everyone sees your home differently, some feedback will be positive and some feedback can be negative. Most generally, the negative feedback can be corrected. It could be something as simple as more mulch or landscaping in the front to a fresh coat of paint in the kids bedroom.

When we list your home, we as agents will also give you ideas of things you can do to make your home more appealing and sell quicker. We will also give you an overview of the market status and let you know what to expect.
